Jay Kan is a Philadelphia & New York based editorial photographer. His photography career started as an event and portrait photographer, but it didn’t take long before he was introduced and attracted to editorial photography. Photography is more than just making a visually pleasing image, it’s about telling a story and communicate a message to the viewers.

With Jay Kan’s journalistic approach, unique artistic style, and marketing foundation, he had successfully provided both marketing and photography service to countless clients. Jay Kan’s past clients included both local in the Philadelphia region such as the University of Pennsylvania, Core Hydration, as well as internationally for FIRST AIR in Canada and Ogilvy & Mather in Hong Kong.

On his downtime, Jay enjoys strolling through the streets to captures stories of life as it's happening, or you might find him traveling all over the world as he explore the lands and diverse human culture.
