As we know, Sony is creating a major "buzz" in the photography world because of their full frame Sony A7R II. For those of that doesn't know much about Sony, Sony sensors are some of the best in the world. In fact, their sensors are so good that Nikon, Phaseone and even Hasselblad uses them. I must say, from the sample photos we have seen, combined with the specs that the A7R II has, consider me blown away.
However, with that said, Fuji is my weapon of choice, but fuji vs sony is a different discussion. Today, I am going to talk about my experience so far, and why I decided to switch from my full frame Nikon, to APS-C (cropped sensor) Fujifilm X-T1/system
Fast forward, after shooting with D800 and D610 for awhile, I was ready to make a change, both business and camera. I wanted something pleasant to shoot with, something that let me be me, and allowed me to focus on the image I'm creating rather than the gear I'm using. Fuji X-T1 had already been released for almost a year, and the X-T10 just released, and naturally, I looked into both camera.
All the follows photographs were made by me using a fujifilm X-T1
